Scott Keane is an Operating Partner at Invictus Growth Partners ("Invictus") and brings more than two decades of experience designing and scaling revenue operations at some of the most recognized names in enterprise software.
At Invictus, Scott works directly with portfolio companies to implement modern, AI-first approaches to pipeline generation, marketing automation, and revenue operations — bringing together the systems, processes, and people needed to drive predictable, scalable growth across the firm's enterprise cloud software, cybersecurity, and financial technology portfolio.
Most recently, Scott served as VP of Global Sales Development at Databricks, where he designed and built the company's global AI-driven sales development function during a period of extraordinary growth, with ARR expanding more than 6x over his four-year tenure. Prior to Databricks, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Bitly, a growth equity-backed company, where he led go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and company-wide execution. Before Bitly, Scott spent time at Google, where he built the global sales development team for Google Cloud. Earlier in his career, he spent nine years at Salesforce, where he helped build the company's marketing operations and sales development strategy, joining when the company was generating $300 million in revenue and contributing to its growth into a $5 billion+ enterprise.
Outside of work, Scott is an avid endurance athlete with a passion for road cycling and golf. He has completed the 500-mile Alaska AIDS Vaccine ride, the Florida Ironman, the Chicago Marathon, and is a two-time finisher of the Death Ride — one of the most demanding single-day cycling challenges in the country.
Scott holds a B.A. from Duke University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
