Bourke was SVP of Product at Five9, where he grew the workforce optimization business from roughly $20 million to $150 million in three years, and previously held CPO roles at Aspect Software plus product leadership at Verint and Witness Systems. LinkLive serves more than 1,100 customer organizations, and co-founders Perry Price and John DeLoche remain in board and leadership roles.
